Bro. Steve Newton answered the call of the Lord to be the next Pastor of Nicholls Baptist Church. He joined the staff officially September 2024. He is a devoted minister of the Gospel, husband, and father. In 2017 he and his wife, Linda, opened Phebe's Family Ranch, a Christian Children's Home dedicated to showing the generation to come the praises of the Lord. Bro. Steve attended Georgia Baptist College and Seminary and is a Certified Biblical Counselor.

Our NextGen Pastor, Justin Gilliard, came on staff January 2024. He and his wife, Tabitha, have been married since January 2022 and have been leading our Youth program since September 2021. Justin is a product of our children and youth program having attended NBC with his family since the age of 5. He was ordained as a Southern Baptist minister in July of 2023 and is currently attending Temple Baptist Theological Seminary pursuing a Masters of Arts in Ministry.
